What are the qualifications?

  • Be a citizen of the United States
  • Have reached your twenty-first birthday
  • Possesses a diploma from an accredited high school or a high school equivalency certification
  • Have successfully completed Pennsylvania Act 120 training
  • Or be presently enrolled as a student in good standing in a municipal police academy
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license
  • Must pass all examination phases
